Shipment statuses help you track and manage the lifecycle of each shipment, from creation to carrier handover. Here's a breakdown of what each status means and when it applies.

Shipment Statuses:

Draft

  • Shipments saved in progress are marked as Draft.

  • These may contain incomplete information and are not yet sent to the supplier.

  • You can return to edit or complete the shipment.

  • Once finalised, the status updates to Ready to Ship.

Ready to Ship

  • Shipments are marked Ready to Ship once all required details are completed.

  • You can now print labels and manifest the shipment for carrier pickup.

Manifested

  • After manifesting, shipments move to the Manifested status.

  • At this stage, tracking events from the supplier begin to appear.

  • This is the final step before the shipment is fully in transit.
