Manifesting shipments ensures they are finalised and ready for carrier collection. Follow these steps to complete the process smoothly.
How to manifest a shipment
Go to the Shipments tab
Find the Shipment you are wanting to manifest in the table or use the search bar
Click the 3 dot action button (...) on the far right of the shipment
Select Manifest
Enter your pickup details and click Manifest and Release
Your shipment is now manifested and a pickup is booked
💡 Tip: If Autobook is turned ON, you will need to enter pickup details to enable booking a pickup for your shipment.
