Manifesting shipments ensures they are finalised and ready for carrier collection. Follow these steps to complete the bulk manifest process smoothly.
How to Bulk manifest shipments
Go to the Shipments tab
Find the multiple Shipments you are wanting to manifest in the table or use the search bar
Select each Shipment by clicking the Checkbox on the left side of the table
Once you have selected all of your Shipments, click the 3 dot action button (...) in the top bar of the table.
Select Bulk Manifest
You are then taken to the Manifesting page where all the Shipments you have selected are grouped by Supplier, Service and Senders’s location into individual manifests
Enter your pickup details for each Shipment and then click the Manifest & Release All button in the top right
(When you select Manifest & Release All, the system will generate a Manifest Report and will send a confirmation message on successful completion)
Your shipments are now manifested and a pickups are booked
🚨 Note: If you have Autobook Pickup configuration enabled on any of the selected Suppliers for a Manifest, you will need to confirm the Pickup Details
💡 Tip: You can Manifest & Release individual Shipments while bulk manifesting by clicking the Manifest & Release button on each Shipment
