Key features and functionality within Open360

Open360 is jam packed full of features to make your shipping as easy as possible.

Below are a list of new features and functionality that is included out of the box.

Group switching

  • Customer groups are the equivalent of Teams in OpenFreight. You can use this feature to switch to a different group that you have access to.

  • If you’re unable to find your team name - you can also search for it.

Navigation Tabs Overview

Shipments

The Shipments tab displays shipments and quotes categorized by status:

  • Drafts – Shipments in progress, not yet finalized.

  • Ready to Ship – Finalized shipments prepared for dispatch.

  • Manifested – Shipments sent to the carrier. (Additional statuses may be introduced as needed.)

Each shipment includes key details like:

  • Shipment Reference

  • Sender & Receiver Information

  • Supplier & Service

  • Estimated Delivery Time

📌 Filters & Search: Easily filter and search by date, status, or supplier.Manifests

Manifests

The Manifests tab allows you to search for, view, and reprint single or multiple manifest reports.

Pickups

The Pickups tab displays all pickup bookings for your customer group, including:

  • Pickup Booking References

  • Pickup Details

Shipping Action Button

Create Shipment

  • The 'Create Shipment' button allows you to create a shipment and takes you to the create shipment form. Here on this page you’re able to enter the following details in order to create a shipment

    • Sender’s details

    • Receiver’s details

    • Item details

    • Supplier and service

    • Billing details

    • Any specific delivery instructions or requirements

Drop-down Menu

  • Create a quote - This allows you to create a quick quote by entering minimal details for your items.

Shipment status tables

Drafts Table

  • The Draft Shipments table displays shipments that have been created but not yet finalised. These shipments are still in progress and can be edited before confirmation. Users can modify, update, or delete draft shipments before finalising them for processing and moving them to a Ready to Ship status.

Quotes

  • The Quotes table lists all shipment quotes that have been created but not yet confirmed. Once a quote is finalized, you can proceed to convert it into a shipment.

Ready To Ship

  • The Ready to Ship table shows all shipments that have been finalized and are ready for dispatch. Here, you can print shipping labels and prepare your shipments for pickup. Once everything is set, you can manifest the shipments to move them to the next stage.

Manifested

  • The Manifested Shipments table displays shipments that have been finalized and sent to the carrier. At this stage, tracking information becomes available, allowing you to monitor shipment status updates. From here, you can track shipments in transit and manage any exceptions that may arise.

Search & Support

Universal Search

  • The Universal Search enables you to search for Shipment References, Manifest Numbers and Pickup booking References. This feature also allows you to perform Advanced Search by utilising filters.

HelpHub Icon

  • Clicking the help icon leads you to a our new HelpHub knowledge base that you can utilise to access how to articles and in-depth platform support.
