This article explains how to set up and manage your document printer settings, either at a group level or just for your personal profile.
You can apply settings to your entire group or override them for your own profile. Here's how to get set up:
How to set document printing settings
Click on your Profile Icon in the top right corner
Then, click Settings
Choose where you want to apply printer settings
For Group-Wide printer settings:
Select Group Printing in the left panel.
From the drop-down list, select the Group you want to apply settings to.For Personal Printer Settings (Overrides group settings):
Select Personal Printing in the left panel.
Under Document Printing, select the printer you'd like to print to directly.
Then, save or confirm your changes so the printer settings apply correctly.
