Thermal label printers are ideal for printing shipping labels quickly and clearly. You can set them up either for your whole group or just for your individual profile. Follow the steps below to get started.

How to change your Thermal Printer settings:

  1. Click on your Profile Icon in the top-right corner.

  2. Click on Settings to open your profile and group configuration options.

  3. To configure a printer for your group, go to Group Printing and select the group from the drop-down list.

  4. To set up a personal printer (overrides group settings), go to Personal Printing.

  5. Under Document Printing, select a printing protocol - choose between Cloud Printing or Thermal Printing.

  6. If you choose Thermal Printing, installation instructions will appear for the required thermal printer software.

  7. Download and install the Thermal Printer software using the installation guide provided.

  8. Once installed, select your thermal printer from the list of available printers in the drop-down.

  9. Set your label margin to ensure the labels align correctly on your printer.

  10. Adjust the label darkness level using the available scale to suit your label media.

  11. Click Print Test Label to confirm your setup is working correctly.

If the label is too light, dark, or misaligned, return to the settings to tweak the margin and darkness until the output looks correct.
