Labels can be printed at different points in your workflow, depending on what’s most convenient. Use the Ready to Ship table for quick PDF printing, or the Shipment Tray if you need to access labels alongside other shipment paperwork.

How to print labels from the Ready to Ship table

  1. Go to the Ready to Ship table from the dashboard or menu.

  2. Click on the “…” action button for the shipment you want to print.

  3. Select “Print Labels (PDF)” from the drop-down options.

  4. View the label PDF, which will open in a new browser pop-up.

  5. Ensure pop-ups are enabled in your browser to display and print the labels.

How to print labels from the Shipment tray

  1. Click on a shipment from the 'Ready to Ship' or 'Manifested' table.

  2. Open the Shipment Tray, which will appear on the right-hand side.

  3. Go to the 'Paperwork' tab inside the tray.

  4. Click the Print icon next to 'Labels' to generate your shipping labels.

💡 Tip

Use the Shipment Tray if you’re already checking shipment details or paperwork - it’s the quickest way to access and print labels without leaving the page.
