Thermal label printers are used for printing shipping labels efficiently. You can configure them for your entire group or just for your profile, and test the settings to ensure labels print correctly.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Click on your Profile icon in the top-right corner.
Click on “Settings” to open profile and group configuration options.
To configure a printer for your group:
Go to Group Printer Settings.
Select the Group you want to apply settings to from the drop-down list.
To configure a printer only for your profile (overriding group settings):
Go to Personal Printing.
Select a Printing Protocol from the options:
Cloud Printing
Thermal Printing
If Thermal Printing is selected, follow the installation instructions displayed:
Download and install the Thermal Printer software using the provided guide.
Select your thermal printer from the list of available printers.
Set the Label Printer Margin according to your preference.
Adjust the Label Printer Darkness using the scale provided.
Print a Test Label to confirm your setup is working correctly.
💡 Tip
If labels are misaligned or too dark/light, adjust the margin and darkness settings and re-test until the output is correct.
