Open360 allows groups to consolidate shipments when enabled. When shipments share the same sender and receiver information, you can choose to merge them into one, streamlining the shipment process.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Ensure Shipment Consolidation is Enabled

    • Check that Enable Shipment Consolidation is active for your group.

  2. Create a New Shipment

    • Enter shipment details as usual in the shipment creation process.

  3. Check for Matching Shipments

    • If a shipment exists with the same sender and receiver details, the system will prompt you to consolidate.

  4. Choose Consolidation Option

    • Consolidate: The new shipment is merged into the existing one, and updated labels are generated for printing.

    • Skip Consolidation: A separate shipment is created as per the standard process.

πŸ’‘ Tip

Use consolidation to reduce duplicate shipments and save time on labeling and dispatch, especially for high-volume senders and receivers.
