Step-by-Step Instructions
Ensure Shipment Consolidation is Enabled
Check that Enable Shipment Consolidation is active for your group.
Create a New Shipment
Enter shipment details as usual in the shipment creation process.
Check for Matching Shipments
If a shipment exists with the same sender and receiver details, the system will prompt you to consolidate.
Choose Consolidation Option
Consolidate: The new shipment is merged into the existing one, and updated labels are generated for printing.
Skip Consolidation: A separate shipment is created as per the standard process.
