When an enquiry has been created, you may need to send updates or additional information. The platform highlights new activity with badges, making it easy to see which enquiries require a response.
Respond via the Shipment Tray
Click on the shipment in the Manifested Shipments list.
Go to the Enquiries tab in the shipment tray to view existing enquiries.
Look for a badge on the Enquiries tab, indicating there is a new update.
Click into the Enquiries tab to open the enquiry details.
Enter your response in the message box.
Click “Submit” to send your message.
Respond via Search or the Enquiries tab
Search for the enquiry using the shipment number, or navigate to the enquiry in the Enquiries tab.
Look for a red badge on the enquiry in the list — this indicates a new update.
Click on the enquiry to open the full Enquiry Detail page.
Enter your response in the message box.
Click “Submit” to send your message.
💡 Tip
All replies are logged in the enquiry history. Include detailed responses to reduce back-and-forth and help resolve enquiries quickly.
