Custom Tables allow you to save your frequently-used filters as a reusable view on the left-hand sidebar. This makes it fast and easy to jump back into filtered data without manually re-selecting criteria every time.

1. Open the Filters Panel

  • Navigate to any shipment list (Quotes, Drafts, Ready to Ship, Manifested).

  • Click the Filters button in the top right corner of the table.

2. Apply Your Desired Filters

The Shipment Filters panel will open. You can filter on:

  • Shipment

    • Search by Shipment number.

  • Booked At

    • Select All, or choose a date range using the calendar fields.

  • Sender

    • Search by sender name.

  • Receiver

    • Search by receiver name.

  • Supplier & Service

    • Supplier (All Suppliers or a specific carrier)

    • Service (All Services or a specific service level)

  • References

    • Shipment Reference

    • Internal Reference

3. Save the Filter as a Custom Table

After applying your filter, you’ll return to the shipment list with your filtered results.

  • Click the Save as Custom Table icon (padlock/table icon) next to the Filters button.

  • Enter a name for your Custom Table.

  • Click Save.

4. Access Your Saved Custom Tables

Your new Custom Table will now appear on the left-hand sidebar under:

CUSTOM TABLES (0/10)

As you create more tables, they will populate this list.

You can click any saved Custom Table at any time to instantly load your saved filter view.

5. Clearing or Editing Custom Tables

  • To edit the filters: load the Custom Table, modify the filters, and save again with a new name.

  • To remove a Custom Table: click the manage icon next to the saved table, then on the rubbish bin next to the table you wish to remove
