Open360 December Release notes

Fixes and updates that have been released within our December update.

As we head into the festive season, we want to wish everyone a safe and enjoyable Christmas and New year!

This is our final release for 2025, and it brings a solid set of new features and improvements to help streamline your Open360 workflow going into 2026.

🚀 New Features & Enhancements

  • Bulk Quote & Import Shipments

    Import CSV files, map fields, save templates, filter errors, and auto-assign lowest-cost services.

  • Improved editing and usability

    Edit individual lines, requote, and convert imported data into Quotes, Drafts, or Ready-to-Ship.

  • Ability to add additional notification recipients
    New field in Create Shipment/Quote to add additional email addresses for notifications.

  • Addition of custom views
    Create, save, and apply (up to 10) personalised table layouts (filters + columns).

  • Dedicated invoices menu
    Groups with invoice viewing enabled now have a dedicated Invoices section under Reports.


⚙️ Other Improvements

  • Auto-save address preference now updates the address book when adding or editing an address.

  • Ad-hoc prompts appear when entering new addresses or items, asking if they should be saved.

  • New “Restore Default” button resets sender details with one click.

  • Real-time shipment counts visible beside Quotes, Drafts, and Ready-to-Ship.

  • Bulk actions bar appears when selecting shipments in Quotes, Drafts, Ready-to-Ship, or Manifested.

  • “Manifest All” now includes a dropdown to apply a chosen supplier/service to all selected shipments.

  • Filter Manifested shipments by Manifested, Delivered, or POD.


🐞 Bug Fixes

  • General stability updates and small UI corrections across shipment tables and forms.

  • Improved consistency in address and item saving prompts.

  • Minor fixes applied to ensure accurate shipment counts and bulk-action triggering.
