As 2026 is now in full swing, this is our first update kicking off a very exciting run of updates coming this year!
We’ve rolled out a set of new features and improvements designed to make shipment management clearer, safer, and more efficient.
This update focuses on better cost visibility, clearer transit information, and more consistent date and time handling across the platform.
🚀 New Features & Enhancements 🚀
Shipment Cost Warning
When creating a shipment, users are now alerted if the estimated shipment cost exceeds a configured threshold.
A warning message is displayed with the option to go back and select a different supplier, or acknowledge the cost and proceed by entering their first and last name for confirmation.
Deleted Shipments
A new Deleted Shipments view is now available from the Shipments menu, providing visibility of previously deleted Quotes, Drafts, and Ready-to-Ship consignments.
Users can review deleted shipments in a sortable, filterable table and restore individual or multiple shipments, returning them to their last known status with all original details preserved.
Improved Transit Information
When quoting a shipment, transit information has been enhanced to provide clearer visibility of delivery timeframes.
Quotes now display average estimated arrival and transit times by default, with additional minimum and maximum ranges available on hover. If transit data is unavailable, the system will clearly display N/A.
Timezone Support
Users can now select a default time zone from their Open360 profile during onboarding or at any time via profile settings.
The selected time zone is used by default when booking pickups and during manifesting, ensuring dates and times are shown consistently based on the user’s location.
⚙️ Other Improvements ⚙️
The Bill To field is now searchable, making it faster to locate and select the correct billing account.
Additional Receiver Notification handling has been improved to better support shipment consolidation and clearer entry when using line-separated values.

Various bug fixes have been applied to improve overall system performance, stability, and usability across the platform.
