As we move further into 2026, this update continues a strong run of enhancements focused on making shipment management faster, clearer, and more efficient.

This release builds on recent improvements with a focus on bulk shipment handling, smarter importing and quoting, enhanced international shipping workflows, and clearer access to documents and shipment data.

✈️ International Shipping 🌎

Users can now quote international shipments and proceed directly to shipment creation. International shipments are automatically detected when sender and receiver countries differ, with guided prompts ensuring required export details are captured.

International item details are managed centrally, multiple content lines are supported, and all required international documents are generated automatically and available as PDFs from Ready to Ship and Manifested views.

    Print paperwork for multiple Ready to Ship or Manifested shipments in a single action

  • Centralised Print Tray

    Review and manage all selected labels and documents before printing

  • Print presets & smart defaults

    Save document selections, quantities, order, and printer preferences for reuse

  • PDF preview for bulk printing

    Preview all selected labels and documents combined into a single PDF before printing

  • Smarter Bulk Imports

    Auto‑map CSV fields, highlight unmatched data, and save reusable import templates

  • Inline editing for imported shipments

    Edit shipment items and dangerous goods directly from the shipment line

  • Bulk requoting

    Requote one or multiple shipments at once using lowest‑cost or selected services

  • Customisable table columns

    Choose which shipment, item, and dangerous goods columns are visible

⚙️ Other Improvements

  • Clearer PDF file naming
    Downloaded documents now include document type and shipment reference

  • Improved shipment table clarity
    Shipment Reference and Bill To are now separate columns for better filtering

  • EDI‑only pickup requests
    Pickups are disabled for carriers that do not support EDI

  • Enhanced DG lookup
    Dangerous Goods search now includes common name, shipping name, and UN number

  • Richer universal search results
    Search results now display despatch date and shipment reference

  • General stability improvements
    Multiple fixes applied to improve performance, reliability, and usability across the platform
