How to set up SSO in Open360

A simple guide to help you set up Single Sign-On (SSO) for Open360 using SAML.

To set up SSO in Open360:

  1. Open the Open360 SSO Setup link that was shared with you.

  2. If you haven't received the link, contact your Open360 account owner or Open360 Customer Support.

  3. In your authentication provider dashboard, add Open360 as a new application.

  4. Configure SAML-based SSO for Open360 using your authentication provider (for example, Microsoft Entra ID).

  5. Enter the required details in the Open360 SSO setup link:

    • Application ID (Issuer ID) – Find this in your authentication provider’s admin console (often called Application ID or Issuer ID).

    • Federation Metadata URL – This is usually a link to an XML file available in your admin console.

  6. Add the Open360 details to your authentication provider console:

  7. Once everything is saved, you can sign in to Open360 using SSO.
