To help protect your account and data, Open360 uses Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Once enabled, you’ll be asked to verify your identity each time you log in using an authenticator app.

Steps to set up MFA on your account

  1. Open the MFA setup screen when prompted.

  2. Download or open your preferred authenticator app.

  3. Scan the QR code or enter the setup key shown on screen.

  4. Enter the verification code generated by the app.

  5. Once confirmed, MFA will be active for future logins.

After setup, you’ll use your password and authentication code each time you sign in to Open360.
