This release introduces new ways to track important shipments, find information faster, and reduce manual rework, alongside a series of improvements that make day‑to‑day shipping tasks smoother and more reliable in Open360.

Watchlist

Stay on top of the shipments that matter most.

  • Follow important shipments in one dedicated Watchlist.

  • Receive optional notifications as tracking events or enquiries occur.

Shipment Consolidation

Reduce rework by combining shipments directly from your shipment tables.

  • Consolidate eligible shipments from Quotes, Drafts, Ready to Ship, and Returns.

  • Start from a lead shipment and include only shipments that meet consolidation rules.

  • Choose to consolidate into an existing shipment or create a new consolidated shipment.

Bulk Processing Improvements

Clearer, and easier to manage high‑volume uploads.

  • Improved totals for items, weight, and volume.

  • More filtering options to quickly isolate shipments.

  • Option to hide completed shipments and focus on what’s left.

  • Clearer CSV upload guidance and improved history navigation.

Additional Improvements

  • Address Book enhancements automatically apply saved special services during consignment creation.

  • Improved handling of multi‑quantity lines supports total weight and volume entry.

  • Table filters and sorting now preserve your preferred row display.
