This release brings a range of improvements to make managing shipments faster, easier, and more reliable. Key updates include enhancements to bulk uploads, new search capabilities, and fixes across shipment processing and customer groups.
Bulk Processing Improvements
Bulk uploads have been enhanced to make handling large volumes of shipments simpler.
Upload History – View a record of previous bulk uploads and see their results.
Improved Filtering and Sorting – Easily sort and filter shipments by sender, receiver, carrier service, references, ETA, estimated cost, and status. Your preferred row view (500 or 1,000 rows) will now be remembered.
Volume-Only Shipments – You can now upload shipments using total weight and volume only, without needing individual item dimensions.
Consolidation References Fixed – Shipment and internal references are now carried through correctly when shipments are consolidated.
Saved Import Preferences – The system remembers your preferred import method for future uploads.
Search Across Multiple Accounts
If your business uses multiple child accounts under the same parent account, you can now search across all accounts in one place, making it easier to find shipments.
Sender Address Book Search
The sender field in Create Shipment now works the same way as the receiver field.
Search saved sender locations by typing a name.
Address details are automatically populated when selected.
Results that best match your search appear first.
Shipment Consolidation
Smarter Label Printing – When adding shipments to an existing consolidation, only labels for the newly added items will print.
Manifesting and Pickups
Improved Pickup Validation – The system now checks that a pickup service has been selected before manifesting and provides clear prompts if action is required.
More Shipment Details – Manifest views now display separate columns for Receiver Name, Suburb, and State, along with additional action icons.
Shipment Management
Clearer Transit Times – Routes without transit information now display "N/A" instead of "0 days", reducing confusion.
Tracking: Tracking events are now displayed in a more logical and consistent order.
Customer Groups: A new customer group icon shows when a shipment has been created by another team within your shared customer group.
Dangerous Goods
Paperwork Only Option – Customers can now choose to provide their own Dangerous Goods documentation when creating DG shipments.
Session and Notifications
Session Expiry Warnings – Receive a warning before your session expires, with the option to stay logged in.
Improved Notifications – Notifications remain visible for longer and pause when clicked, giving you more time to read them.
