Dangerous Goods item setup
Dangerous Goods details can now be saved against items in Account Settings.
When a Dangerous Goods item is used in a shipment, the relevant Dangerous Goods information automatically populates, helping reduce repeated data entry and improve shipment accuracy
International address validation
Open360 now validates international receiver addresses against the carrier during shipment creation.
If an issue is detected, customers can apply the carrier’s suggested address, proceed with the current address, or return to the form to make changes.
This helps reduce failed international shipments caused by address issues.
Bill To and cost centre behavior
The Bill To field now follows the customer group configuration more consistently. Users must make a deliberate selection or entry, and the field will only block shipment submission when Bill To is configured as mandatory for the customer group.
Click to copy shipment details
Key shipment details can now be copied with a single click across Quotes, Drafts, Ready to Ship, Returns, and Manifested trays.
This includes references, contact details, and notification email fields, making it faster to share shipment information with carriers, customers, and internal teams.
In-table shipment search
Shipment tables now include an in-table search option, helping users quickly find records within the results currently displayed on the page.
Matching text is highlighted, result counts update automatically, and exports will include only the filtered records when a search is active.
Advanced Search receiver improvements
The Receiver field in Advanced Search now supports Address Book suggestions, making it easier to select the correct receiver when filtering shipment results.
Search results also now display in the correct order for a more consistent review experience.
Manifesting improvements
Manifesting now correctly generates all required manifest reports when shipments are created from different senders.
Search results also now show the correct post-manifest shipment status, ensuring teams can rely on accurate shipment visibility after manifesting.
Description lookup sorting
The description lookup on the Create/Edit shipment screen now sorts results alphabetically from A to Z, making it easier to find and select the correct description.
Tracking & Notifications settings
A new Tracking & Notifications settings page is now available in the Customer App, allowing customers to manage tracking notification templates more easily.
Users can create and edit templates with custom email subject lines, add merge fields to automatically include shipment details, and apply templates at the customer group level based on notification settings.
Manifest notifications are also supported where enabled, with default fallback templates used when no custom template has been configured.
Service Preferences
A new Service Preferences page is now available under Settings > Group, allowing customer groups to manage carrier service configuration from one central location.
Users can search, sort, and filter carrier services, review service details, and update supported fields such as label printer, label count, special instructions, and notes.
The page also includes pagination for larger service lists and live label range visibility, making it easier to manage service preferences accurately and efficiently.
