Dangerous Goods Improvements
Managing Dangerous Goods (DG) shipments is now easier and more flexible.
When adding DG information to items with a quantity greater than one, users can now choose whether the DG details apply to a single item or all items within the line. This removes the need for unnecessary manual item splitting and provides greater flexibility when entering DG shipments. The SKU field has been renamed to Description throughout the DG creation screens.
We've also introduced support for multiple DG lines, improved visibility of DG quantities and weights, and added shipment-level DG totals to the Items table.

The Items table now includes shipment-level totals for:

This provides a quick summary of shipment contents without needing to calculate item totals manually.
Duplicate Shipment Items
Creating shipments with multiple identical items is now significantly faster.
Users can duplicate an existing item directly from the shipment screen, including all dimensions, weights, contents and Dangerous Goods information.

Manual Carrier Override Justifications
Customers can now require users to provide a reason when selecting a carrier service that is not the lowest-cost option.
When enabled at the team level, any manual carrier override must include a justification, which is then available for review within reporting.

Label Printed Status Indicators
Shipment tables now display a printed status indicator, making it easier to identify which shipments still require labels.
Colour-coded indicators show whether:
All labels have been printed
Some labels have been printed

Printed status is also available at an item level within the shipment tray.
